Travel relaxed in your own rent a car from hotel to hotel following the route we worked out for you. The pre-booked hotels are on Bed and Breakfast basis.

1. Day: Check-in to the Nostalgia Hotel in Kyrenia. (Details see WHL Hotels) You stay 2 nights in the Nostalgia Hotel.

If time allows you have the opportunity to walk to the picturesque harbour and enjoy a delicious fish meal in one of the many small restaurants

2. Day: Your representative from Kaleidoskop Turizm will visit you in the Nostalgia Hotel at 09.00 a.m. when you will take delivery of the rented car.

Stroll around in Kyrenia and visit the Kyrenia Castle with the Shipwreck Museum. The crusader castle St. Hilarion and the Bellapais Abbey are also worth a visit.

3. Day: Check – out and travel along the north coast to the western part of North Cyprus. On your journey you will discover Güzelyurt- famous for its Orange- and Grapefruit groves. The former Bishops Palace hosts now an archeological museum and in the nearby St. Mamas Church some interesting icons are exhibited. Further along, the excavated site of Soli, one of the ancient city kingdoms is near the village Lefke. Further ahead, located on a small hill are the remains of the Vouni Palace built in 5th century BC. Spectacular views over the Güzelyurt Bay and the Troodos mountains are part of the scenery at this part of the island.

The Lefke Garden Hotel, where you spend the night, is a traditional village hotel with an inner courtyard and a small pool. The rooms are appropriately furnished with own shower/WC.

4. Day: Drive through the great plain called Mesarya to the divided capital Nicosia. Explore the northern part of the historical city with the former St. Sophia Cathedral now Selimye mosque, the Kervansaray Büyük Han and the Basar with different kind of fruits and vegetables of the season. In the evening continue to your hotel near Famagusta.

5. Day: The old town of Famagusta is surrounded by an impressing complex of bastions and walls still in good condition. The Othello Tower, mosques and many churches of various orders reflect the former wealth of this medieval city. Do not leave Famagusta without visiting the famous Petek Patisserie (opposite Othello Tower). Enjoy a coffee or a Turkish sweet before leaving Famagusta.

6. Day: Spend the morning in the ruins of Salamis, located adjacent the sea. Roman baths, huge marble columns, marble paved floors and an ancient theatre combine to show the importance and the wealth of Salamis when it flourished. In the afternoon continue to the Karpaz Peninsula with its long sandy beaches, small villages, huge sand dunes, monasteries and wild donkeys where time seems to stand still.

7. Day: Travel through small villages and pass wide fields. If you are lucky you will meet a shepherd with his flock of sheep and goats. There is no rush in this part of the island, to take your time and feel time standing still. Take the opportunity to visit the crusader castle Kantara in the Five Finger Mountains. Located on a 630m high rock, the castle Kantara gives a good impression of how its position commanded the area in medieval times. Continue in a western direction along the north coast to the Acapulco Hotel. (Details see WHL Hotels). The Acapulco Hotel is located on a sandy beach and is an ideal location to relax after the round trip. You stay for 1 night in the hotel.

In the evening the car will be picked up from the hotel.

8. Day: Travel to the airport or extend your hotel stay if preferred.
