Kurban Bayramı happens the 25th October until the 28th of October, 2011. Muslims celebrate the Kurban Bayramı in commemoration of Abraham’s will to sacrifice his son İsaak. Many Muslim families sacrifice a sheep in the traditional way, by cooking or grilling the meat, and then eating the meal with family and friends.
